Why is your company right for you?
Arbonne is perfect for me. I love the skincare, sunscreen, makeup and nutrition. Once I realized that my kids loved the Phytosport as a replacement for Gatorade, I was sold. The products benefit my entire family so it's a no brainer.
My 72 year old mother lost 7 pounds and my father-in-law 10 pounds on the 28 day cleanse. My husband has since given up soda and uses Fizzy Sticks to replace that craving and he's lost 5 pounds just by making one change. Watching customers and the ones you love take back their health is truly the most rewarding.
What are the best perks to your job?
The best perks to Arbonne is the great commission, flexibility and achievable promotions. In the first week, I was in qualification for District Manager which gives me more benefits and commissions.
Why is your job worth your time?
Arbonne is worth my time because I love it all. I use all of their products from skin care, makeup, nutrition and more. Making money for products that I already use and sharing my passion is fun. In the first month, I put a small blast on my personal Facebook page and received a ton of orders without doing a thing.
What is the buy-in?
Start your business for $79.00 and receive a 35% retail profit from all sales of Arbonne products you sell. You do not have to carry an inventory or buy tons of business cards and extras. I work off of my website.
What do you pay out of pocket every month?
For the business, nothing. You are not required to carry an inventory. I only pay out of pocket for the products I personally use. Since my daily routine consists of the Re9 Advanced skincare and Protein Shakes, I tend to replenish as needed. It is always helpful to have a few items on hand to show at parties and samples to share. Also, receiving a 35% discount on my everyday products instead of shopping at other stores is a huge bonus.
Does your income come from your sales or the sales of the people who you recruited for your team?
Here's an example of how much money you can earn in one month as an Arbonne Consultant. If you sell $150 to 5 clients (average order is typically $200) you will receive $262.50 in commissions. If 4 new or existing Preferred Clients (those who spend $20 for the year for a 20% discount on their purchases) purchase an Arbonne Special Value Pack (the $20 will then be credited back to them for purchasing a pack) you will earn $236.74. If you add one team member and they purchase a Success Pack, you will earn an additional $32.24 for a total of $531.48. The products sell themselves.
What's your favorite product in the line that you recommend?
In the skincare line, I love the RE9 Advanced Anti-Aging Set. I pair that with the Genius Nightly Resurfacing Pads. I've tried every skincare line out there spending a lot of money. RE9 diminished sunspots and left my skin smooth and even. I also love the Acne Treatment pads for my 11 year old daughter who is going through hormonal acne. In the nutrition line, I love the Protein Shake Mix. I use it daily after workouts and sometimes as a meal replacement. The chocolate tastes like I'm having a milkshake. It doesn't contain whey or soy and made entirely of 20 grams of pea protein. It's hard to pick a "favorite" when I use their sunscreen, spa line and the list goes on.
