We had our photos done in an Odenton community this time. The colors and scenery were gorgeous and we were dressed perfectly thanks to his fantastic advice on how to dress my family! (*patting myself on my back*)
Listen, we're still getting used to having two kids and my husband REALLY wanted our dog to be part of these pictures. So, we may have been dressed perfectly, but I felt like we were a mess. Mike was super patient with us as we got a handle on managing the two kids and a dog in public. The dog almost ran away about 10 times while we did photos without her, and my two year old almost ran away about 5 times while we were either chasing the dog or posing the baby or having photos taken otherwise. Probably not my finest parenting moments. But guess what. Mike never batted an eyelash and even helped wrangle Nick in a few times.
As usual, Mike was a complete pro at getting the kids (and even our dog... seriously) to smile for these pictures. He does what he needs to do to get that smile, including jumping up and down or playing in leaves with your kids.
We are lucky to know Mike and to have been able to use him again to capture some amazing photos of our family. You better believe he'll be on speed dial the next time we need photos taken!
