A note from your teacher, Carleen: I teach a popular course at AACC called: Stress, Science & Well Being. When my yoga students hear about the course, the most common response is "I wish I could take that!" Well, now you can, along with your kiddos! I will be weaving in the mindfulness tools and body practices that I teach in my college course into a beginner friendly yoga flow that helps all ages cultivate calm and safety, releasing stress and anxiety, and promoting a deep sense of wellbeing. Most importantly, students will learn techniques that you can take off your mat and into your daily lives.
