Join the Annapolis Fire Department & the Eastport Volunteer Fire Company for a day of Fire Prevention Fun! This is your opportunity to have fun and learn fire safety tips that could protect you, your family and your property.
This year's theme is Fire Won't Wait, Plan your Escape. Does your family have an escape plan? If not, let us help you learn how to make and implement a plan for your family.
Throughout the event, we will have the fire hose house, apparatus to climb in and get your picture with, coloring books and games for the kids. Take part in the fire extinguisher demo located in the hall and get your name entered into a drawing for a Dutch Britton fire extinguisher.
We are excited to have the Fire Marshal's Office, the Annapolis Office of Emergency Management to teach us about fire and life safety and members of the Annapolis Fire Department Bomb Squad perform their robot demonstration. Learn how to perform Hands only CPR and STOP the Bleed. And much more! The times of specific specialty events will be posted soon!
After you have watched demonstrations and learned more about fire safety, you will know why the members of Eastport Volunteer Fire Company are honored to support to the Professional Firefighters of Annapolis.
