Description
The 32st Annual Kunta Kinte Heritage Festival is a celebration of the perseverance, education, and cultural heritage of Africans, African Americans, and Caribbean people of African descent.
The festival will include:
- Entertainment including music and dance
- Cultural Education
- Children's Activities
- Arts & Crafts
- Food
- Community vendors
Parking & Shuttle: Free parking at the Calvert Street Garage. Shuttle bus will run between 1) Calvert Street Garage 2) Calvert & Clay Streets @ Whitmore Park a short walk from Whitmore Parking Garage and Gott's Court Parking Garage and 3) the Festival Drop-Off at Compromise and Dock Streets
Accessibility: Handicap portable restroom, limited handicapped parking, and drop off at front of Harbor Master's Office at 1 Dock St. near event entrance
Dogs: Allowed but must be on leash
