Soar high in the trees at Tree Trekkers Aerial Challenge & Zipline Park!
Less than an hour's drive from the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore Metro areas, Tree Trekkers is located on 30 acres of beautiful, protected forest in Frederick, Maryland. With climbing areas designed to offer a unique challenge for all ages and experience levels, climbers progressively work through the courses at their own pace and level of comfort. Courses range from beginner to expert, and are identified by a corresponding color designation.
The main course area of the park is called Timber Trek. With 14 aerial courses to choose from, Timber Trek climbers move from platform to platform among the trees, navigating through a series of elements including:
- Bridges & Tunnels: Ranging from simple to seriously shaky!
- Cargo Nets: Test your strength and endurance!
- Tight-Rope Walk: Test your balance!
- Swings: Hang on tight as you ride to the next platform!
- Leap of Faith: Can you walk off the edge into nothing?
- Zip Lines: Always a favorite - get ready for a thrill ride!
Once climbers complete a course, they follow the trail back to the starting platform to choose their next course.
