Now that May is here, the count down to Summer is upon us.
- Seniors just had their proms. My daughter and her best friend went and had a great time dressing up, dancing, and hanging out with friends. Her yearbook has arrived and we are in the process of mailing out her graduation announcements. How did my little girl grow up so fast?
- The last day of school for most students in Anne Arundel County is now June 13th. Getting out a few days early is one benefit of no snow days this school year. Personally, I'd rather have a few snow days.
- Summer camps, summer programs, and Vacation Bible Schools start in about five weeks. Check out the Macaroni KID Summer Camp Guide for ideas. The V.B.S. Guide will be coming out in a few weeks. Do you know about any V.B.S. programs happening this summer? Email me so I can add it to our guide. I'm also looking for a business or church to sponsor the V.B.S. guide.

MacKID Annapolis will be in the Annapolis Memorial Day parade and the Severna Park and Annapolis 4th of July parades. Would you like to dress patriotically and walk with us? Summer Vacation Location Idea
Last week, I had the amazing opportunity to explore the Tradewinds Island Resorts in St. Petersburg, FL. Did you follow along on Facebook and Instagram? The place is just right for a family vacation. There was so much to do and something for all ages and interests. I came back home sooooo relaxed and a little tan. I'm ready to go back.
