Having a good Spring Break? Whether you stayed home or traveled I hope your stress level is low and you are enjoying the extra time with your kiddos. I was at an event last weekend surrounded by hundreds of very little kids and it reminded me how much our kids change. Once they become teenagers like mine, they barely care that I exist other than to get a ride or allowance. Give your littles a hug and take lots of pictures/videos.
This spring week is full of celebration for many families. Happy Easter and Passover!

Wizard of Oz Tickets
Have you gotten your tickets to see the upcoming Compass Rose Theater production of Wizard of Oz yet? The show runs April 14 to May 21 in the Compass Rose Theater located on the 3rd floor of Maryland Hall. Your kids will love to see the fantastical characters of Oz, Dorothy and her dog Toto.

Pics From Bunny in the Barnyard
Last weekend I had a table at the Anne Arundel County Fairground's Bunny in the Barnyard event. It was so much fun seeing all the little kids doing the many activities and having fun. This was the first year for the event and it was a huge success with 900 tickets sold. I took many pictures that I shared on the Macaroni KID Annapolis Facebook page. I wanted to share a few here as well.

Pics from Adult Egg Hunt
Parents, if you didn't go the the adult egg hunt at the "Pip" Moyer Rec Center this year, make a mental note to do it next year. This adults only event included egg hunt, lots of prizes from area businesses, DJ, food truck and a chance to feel like a real person and not just a mommy or dad. My hubby and I went and sadly came up empty handed but still had fun searching for eggs in the dark by flashlight. The proceeds from the event went to the Annapolis Rec and Parks Department scholarship fund.
