2022 Annapolis Independence Day Parade in Pictures

By Darla Winstead - Publisher of Macaroni Kid Annapolis July 7, 2022

What did you do for the 4th of July this year? Did you participate in one of the areas parades, community events, or watch a fireworks show? I hope you were able to spend time together with your family doing something you enjoyed.

at the Annapolis Independence Day Parade.

My family had a great time participating in the Severna Park and Annapolis Independence Day Parades. We patriotically decorated my husband's truck, played upbeat music, and had a bubble machine blowing bubbles into the crowds.  My kids passed out candy, marshmallow treats, and pens to the happy spectators.

Many friendly people waved and smiled at us. One even shouted, "We love you Macaroni KID!" which warmed my heart.

I took pictures while we were in the staging areas and during the parades so that I could share them with you.

This being an election year, there were many candidates represented and some of their pictures appear in this article. Being included in this article is not an endorsement. Do your research and decide which candidate best reflects your views and then vote to have your voice heard.

Sadly, the 2022 4th of July festivities are over and the day is just a memory.  I hope you enjoyed these pictures and I invite you to share pictures of your family celebrating Independence Day on our Macaroni KID Annapolis Facebook page.
