Arriving at the resort
A short shuttle ride will take you from the Cancun International Airport to the luxurious and whimsical resort. Upon arrival, you will meet some of the 900+ friendly staff members who will take care of your every need.

The rooms
Each of the 280 suites is well designed with a family vacation in mind. The majority of the colorful and tastefully decorated rooms include two queen beds and a pull-out couch to comfortably sleep 5. Adjoining rooms are available. Each suite has two bathrooms, a table and chairs, a mini fridge, and 24-hour room service. The resort is stocked with cribs, changing tables, monitors, bottle sterilizers and warmers, and even stepstools so you can travel lighter and still have what you need for your youngest family members.
