How many, if any, people have you recruited for your team?
Being fairly new I have not recruited anyone for my team yet but I am looking for at least 3 people to join my team.

Why is your company right for you?
I am a single mother and was looking to getting into Direct Sales to help with Income. I choose Younique for several reasons. For one, I love the message the company sends which is to empower women and make women feel beautiful. The products are all natural. I love make up and was very interested in the Younique products so I knew I would be motivated to sell. I am my own boss, I make my own hours. I also love that you have lots of support and motivation builders from your "Y" sisters.

What are the best perks to your job?
Some of the best perks with Younique are 1. Knowing every purchase made from the company it's helping a sexually abused women 2. You are your own boss, you make your own hours 3. Why is your job worth your time?
Working with Younique is worth my time because I know I will get what I put into the company. I know if I stay motivated I can go far and as any mother would say "I'll do anything to support my child".

Your website is free and there is no monthly charge.

Does your income come from your sales or the sales of the people who you recruited for your team?
Your income will come from your personal sales until you reach Pink Status and then you can make income from recruited team members.

What's your favorite product in the line that you recommend?
It's really hard for me to say what product is my favorite. I literally love everything I have tried. I'll go with a few of my favorites which are 1. The Mineral Touch Liquid Foundation aka Liquid Gold. 2. The 3D Fiber Mascara which is a #1 seller 3. The Beachfront Self Tanning Lotion - It really gives you a natural flawless looking tan.

Advice for anyone looking to get into Direct Sales?
My advice to someone looking to get into Direct Sales would be to just choose something you are passionate about and want to spread the word about. Something you want others to try. Something that won't lose your interest after a few weeks.

Direct Sales has a sort of stigma associated with it. How do you respond to that?
I'd say direct sales are no different than any big company you buy from. Everyone says direct sales are "pyramid schemes" but for instance if you go to a big store like Ulta or any other beauty supply store you are buying from an employee who is being paid to make money for the CEO. As a Younique presenter I joined because I love the products and support the mission, to support, empower and uplift women. It's not a 9:00-5:00 job but it's what I believe in. With Direct Sales Companies customers are helping moms stay home, pay off debt, get their children into sports... not a CEO buy his 5th vacation home.
