Enter CMR Property Services. If you remember, CMR Property Services (CMRPS) installed our holiday lights on our house this past Christmas season. Chris, the owner, was the first person I called for my yard work quotes since their pricing for the holiday lights were so affordable. What did not come across as a surprise was how affordable his property services rates also are. So, it wasn't long before we committed to Chris for our help with spring cleanup of our yard, mulching our gigantic flower beds, fertilizing and lime application and biweekly lawn mowing.
Our first service from Chris was fertilization earlier this Spring. He personally came, without a crew, and fertilized our yard. A couple weeks later, our lawn mowing service started. Two of Chris' employees came out and showed our lawn the best care it's seen; making sure to do double/triple/quadruple passes with the mower over our yard to get all of the dandelions. (I'm ashamed to say we have FAR more than our fair share of dandelions and other weeds in our yard.) Not only did our lawn look fantastic, they took the time to blow the clippings from our driveway, sidewalk, and even our deck in the back yard.

And two weeks ago, Chris' team came to our home for the beast of all beasts mulching/yard clean up jobs. Our yard was a disaster. A true disaster. We had our deck redone last Summer and never ended up putting care into our yard due to the deck project. So we had leaves, pine needles, weeds, you-name-it ev-ery-where in our yard and garden beds.
These guys wasted no time and never even batted an eyelash. They got right to work cleaning and weeding like I've never seen before. They were courteous enough to ask if I had any requests or directions for them (which I did!), and made sure to follow them exactly. They didn't touch anything I asked them not to, and they did a fantastic job with the specific requests I had for everything else!
Our mowings will continue through September, as well as some fertilization and lime applications, but the services we've already gotten from them have exceeded my expectations, which is exactly what I knew I could expect from Chris and his crew at CMR Property Services.
