Since my first was born, bath time has been a special bonding time for my kids and me. It is a time to focus only on each other; to play without interruptions. Nothing is competing for my time, and nothing is competing for their attention.
I like to take complete advantage of bath time to just ‘be’ with my kids. I want to focus on bonding with them; not worrying about whether the products I am using on their skin are good enough to use on my babies. So I was excited when Eucerin sent me three of their baby products to try. I needed to see if they would live up to my high standards for baby products, which includes being tough enough to tackle the dirt from my toddler’s feet, yet gentle enough to moisturize and sooth their eczema.

All three products are amazing. One of the things that I love right off the bat is that they are paraben- and fragrance-free, which I knew would make them gentle enough for my boys’ skin.
The Eucerin Baby Shampoo and Body Wash sudsed beautifully, which can be hard to find in an effective, safe baby product. It cut right through the muddy hands from playing outside, the Play Doh from under the fingernails, and dinner from their faces. And once they were dried off, their skin felt clean, smooth, and hydrated.
We finished bath time off with Eucerin Baby Lotion. It absorbed nicely, didn’t feel greasy and really went to work at locking in moisture. When morning came, their skin still felt baby soft. We are also using Eucerin Baby Creme for trouble spots when it comes to their eczema. The sensitive formula moisturizes and soothes so well that even my husband and I use it to battle our own Winter dry skin. Eucerin also has baby products specifically designed to provide eczema relief. I look forward to trying those products on my boys’ sensitive skin as well.
